Robot 364 STD, Standard version, is a versatile hydrodemolition machine
for high-speed, selective, vibration free removal of damaged concrete
from horizontal, vertical and surfaces in the ceiling. The equipment
has considerable operational flexibility, very good stability and with
a choice of different extension arms and feed beams that can be adapted
to provide easy access for reaching and working in relatively confined
spaces on a variety of hydrodemolition tasks.
The 360-serie has been used for all kinds of hydro-demolition works
around the world. The Robot is very robust and handles a lot of power,
in other words the capacity can be high if a large powerpack is used.
This Robot have also been successfully used inside parking decks where
it can remove concrete from the floor as well as the wall and the ceiling,
inside the turbine houses as it can pivot around a centre point and in
tunnels where concrete has been removed from the wall as well as the
ceiling.
Fitted with the optional hydraulically driven rotor head the Robot
is ideal for surface preparation on concrete bridge decks or industrial
floors or steel surface preparation for example ship hulls or decks.
Design
The four wheeled carrier, with its 2-wheel drive and rear wheel
steering, provides unrivalled mobility and stability combined with simple
set-ups. On the Robot 364 also the height of the steering wheels is adjustable,
which adds an additional degree of freedom when positioning the feed
beam. The width between the front wheels is hydraulically adjustable
to further improved stability. This carrier supports and directs a special
high pressure water jetting nozzle. This nozzle is mounted on an oscillating
cassette and is running back and forth along the feed beam.
The water jet
moves with a sweeping action to cut away concrete behind any reinforcement.The
feed beam is attached to a boom with a rotating joint that is mounted
on a 360° rotating
turntable. The boom has a maximum reach of 3500 mm (11 ft 6 in) and with an extension
arm of 1000 mm (3 ft 4 in) can the reach increase to 4500 mm (14 ft 9 in). The
feed beam has 2000 mm (6 ft 7 in) cutting width.
The Conjet Robot 364 is driven
by an electrically 11 kW (15 hp) powered hydraulic system, controlled
by an incorporated PLC microprocessor and monitored from a display. The
PLC system permits the to set a variety of operational parameters in
manual or automatic mode to ensure maximum productivity.

From an operator´s terminal all functions are set and monitored.
There
is a variety of pre-set parameters (programs) to choose from. These
programs assist the operator when choosing the base settings for the
job. Once selected the unit is ready to go. The Close Loop System monitors
the progress of operation from the same terminal.
The
remote control box is used to manoeuvre all functions of the Robot.
This includes the positioning of the cutting head, boom system and
wheels. Automatic operation commences by pushing the appropriate button.

Power
and reaction force
The Powerpack, high pressure water pump, recommended for the Robot 363
STD to be used are Powerpack's rated 300kW (410 hp) up to 800kW (1070
hp) as long as the allowed reaction force is not exceeded. The maximum
reaction force Robot 363 STD is designed for is 3000N (Newton) which
is equal to 400 l/min. (106 US gal/min.) at 1000 bar (14500 psi) or 340
l/min. (90 US gal/min.) at 1400 bar (20300 psi).
