Hydrodemolition
is
a method for partial removal of damaged concrete with high pressure water.
The water, delivered from a diesel powered high pressure pump, has typically
a pressure of 1.100 bar ( 15.500 Psi ) at approx. 200 litres ( 53 US gal.
) / min.
Conjet`s
versatile, computer controlled water jet equipments make the remo-val
with the hydrodemolition principle much faster than traditional methods.
The
removal rate varies, from 0,5 to 1,0 m³ / high pressure hour, depending
on the concrete strength, rebar size and quality, depth to be removed
and the ballast size and quality.
Features
with the hydrodemolition method
- Significantly
faster and more cost effective than conventional partial demolition
- Causes
no secondary damage such as new micro cracks
- The
removal selectivity
- Cleans
the rebars
- The
surface left is roughened and ideal for good bonding with the new concrete

ergonomical for the operator
all
together resulting in Higher Productivity with Better Quality
