Conjet ACR™ Robot

The track-driven hydrodemolition concrete removal robot 557 MPA is equipped with a multi-purpose arm allowing full flexibility. Together with an adjustable chassis, the robot is a versatile and compact solution with great reach and stability.

Stability is key to securing full safety when operating an ACR™ robot. That is why the Robot 557 MPA has been designed with the ability to extend the tracks, as well as slide the main body – both to shift the robot’s center of gravity.

The Wireless Connection Kit establishes communication between the robot and the pump. The Wireless Communication Kit integrates the robot and the pump control systems. The pump operational data can be maneuvered and controlled from the robot to achieve one point of contact for the operator.

The Rotor Assembly R557 is a surface preparation tool that is designed for removal of the topmost layer of concrete and steel surfaces. The rotor is equipped with 2-4 nozzles for concrete removal and up to 20 nozzles for surface preparation.

The Feed Beam Extension R557 increases the width of the feed beam. This enables the cutting width of the robot to be increased to optimize for maximum productivity.
