We introduce Conjet Connect

June 9, 2021/in Company News /by Varsha Rai

Conjet is excited to announce and introduce Conjet Connect – a cloud-based solution for easy fleet management, including real-time monitoring of operational data, diagnostics, and data history.

“At Conjet, our mission is to lead the development of robots and solutions that enable safe, sustainable and reliable automated concrete removal and surface preparation based on hydrodemolition, while also generating value to our customers. Our goal is to be in the forefront of new technology and to always meet customer demands as well as to be compliant with industry standards and regulations. Conjet Connect complies with Industry 4.0, and we are proud to introduce this cloud-based solution for easy fleet management including real time operating data, diagnostics, and data history. The solution also monitors the location of each machine for easy tracking and planning.” says Robert Kreicberg, CEO Conjet.

The need to stay connected has been called for since around 2010 when the Industry 4.0 (the fourth industrial revolution) term was first used at an exhibition in Germany.

The cornerstones of Industry 4.0 are:

  • Interconnection – where the machine can communicate with people over internet.
  • Information transparency – the machine is providing operators with information to make decisions.
  • Technical assistance – the technical possibility for people to assist in problem solving.
  • Decentralized decisions – the system makes decisions based on the information given by the provided operators.

How does Conjet Connect work?

By utilizing the tools for analyzing the collected data, owners and fleet managers are provided with the means to further improve the utilization of the proper resources. The data is accessed through a normal mobile or stationary device such as a mobile phone, tablet or a PC. It supports Windows, Linux and Mac clients.

Conjet Connect combines the user-friendly GUI, incorporated in all machines in the 7-series, with key sensors in the underlaying design of the machines, to communicate with the Internet where variables are stored for instant (or later) retrieval.

The data variables include operating- and auto-hours, active alarm, serial number, fuel level, system pressures, operating status as well as other key variables, in real-time, for instant monitoring and diagnostics of the running system over time.

The Conjet Connect portal is the communication hub to where all data are sent from the robot. By accessing the portal, all historic data collected over time, is available for evaluation. Real time data are presented as well as historical data. Based on the data, the next service interval can be easily predicted. The communication device constantly reports the actual position of the robot why connecting the collected data to a specific location (a bridge, tunnel, parking deck or similar) becomes easy. The REST API allows you to exchange data with other systems when necessary.

Conjet Connect sends messages regarding upcoming service and troubleshooting to the operator and machine owner. That makes planning easy and takes the guesswork out of the equation.
